Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) is specifically trained to help New Home buyers understand the construction process, design centers, sales techniques, Builder owned finance companies, the new home sales agreement and addendum. New Home buyers most often don't realize that the builders New Home Consultants represent only the builder and not the buyer. A Certified New Home Specialist is YOUR buyer representative. I have 7 years of New Home sales experience working for one of the nations largest home builders.
